Client Story 1 – Michael, Cambridge (UK)

Before Michael came to me, he was frustrated as he wasn’t getting the definition he wanted, despite going to the gym 6 times a week doing 2 body parts a day (chest/triceps for e.g.), swimming once a week, and being on a 2100 low carb calorie deficit diet. He still couldn’t see his abs or grow much muscle which was confusing for him. He was told before by other PT’s to keep reducing his calories until he could see his abs but this never happened.

He was actually doing excessive amounts of sets, excessive cardio, whilst not weight training intensely enough ( I was able to see this from the videos he sent me), so I reduced his training to 5x (and also changed the training split to a more effective one). I increased the intensity of his workouts by getting him to challenge himself with more weight (through certain methods).  I also got him to start doing some specially formulated ab exercises to get a very defined six pac.

Alongside this, we changed his diet. Increasing carbohydrate, increasing calories to 2300 to give him energy for the intense weight training, and changing his protein intake to the calculated required amount. I also put him on the best natural supplements which boost fat loss and muscle gain (most supplement brands don’t have effect).

With a higher calorie target, use of effective supplements, and a more intense training program, he was able to build muscle, whilst losing fat using my optimisation methods.

Now that we have got him ripped, we are focusing on keeping him lean whilst gaining weight and muscle for next summer.

Client Story 2 – Bobby (Hong Kong)

Bobby is from Hong Kong and has had 4 personal trainers in the past 6 years. At age 45, he was told by previous PT’s he will not be able to get any abs because he is too old, or that his body  just isn’t genetically built for abs.

When I met him, I re-assured him that I have gotten clients 40+ a six pac before but he didn’t believe he could achieve it for himself as he had tried numerous things the past 6 years with the previous PT’s.

We put him on a whole body 4x day a week program, a slight calorie deficit at 2200 calories, used my specialist supplements and 6 months later he started seeing abs as well as more muscle!

He is now so happy because he told me that he was about to give up getting in shape as every PT  he previously worked with couldn’t get him the athletic body he wanted.

He is now super motivated to get even more muscled as he can finally see his body going in the right direction and he told me “I am in the best shape of my life just after 6 months with you”

Client Story 3 – Howard (HK & London)

Howard (44) has a very hectic life  2 kids, an extremely stressful finance career, and not much time for workouts.

We started him on a 3x a week whole body program, focusing on mostly compound movements and supersets to make the most of the little time that he had.

Using specialist supplementation, a 2 stage 2000+2200 calorie deficit diet, and lots of accountability and encouragement throughout the week, we were able to get Howard a six pac for the first time in his life! 1 year after starting the program he is now happier than ever, not only does he have the body he always dreamed of, but his back pain has gone through working on core and lower back strengthening exercises.

Client Story 4 – Tom Hertfordshire, UK

Tom (29), mechanical engineer,  came to me after lockdown, having gained weight and was experiencing low mood, low energy and just wanted to have a big change in his life and body. He was fed up of the lifestyle he had – working until 5, going home, eating snacks and watching TV every evening.

We put him on a 5x a week training program, whole body and got him to start tracking his diet. I kept him accountable by staying connected with him 2-3x during the week.

His program was in different stages, we first focused on fat loss at 2100 calories, and once he started to see his abs come through, we slightly increased to 2200, then eventually 2300 to build more muscle whilst keeping him lean.

Client Story 5 – Kevin, Hayes, UK

Kevin (39), is a teacher and was looking for a big change in his life. He was feeling unconfident, had low mood and low self-esteem.

We put Kevin on a beginners machine based program 4x a week which he could easily do after work and was straightforward to do. Alongside this, we put him on a 1900 calorie deficit and again used specialist supplements to reduce fat and increase muscle as fast as possible.

Kevin lost 8cm of fat around his waist in the first 10 weeks of the program which really motivated him to push even harder as he saw his body going in the direction he wanted.

9 months later, Kevin has abs for the first time in his life and was lifting weights he never dreamt of with the strength he had built.
