We'll prioritize the areas you want to grow the most (e.g., chest) and address any weak points (e.g., lower back issues).

Personalized Training Program

You'll get a 4-5 day training program customized to your goals and available equipment.

Global Availability

We work with clients globally and track workouts, nutrition, and progress through my app.

Check-in Day

Every Sunday, submit your check-in review form.

Feedback & accountability

I review your workouts and diet weekly and provide you with personally recorded feedback.

Monthly zoom consults

Monthy 1-2-1 Zoom consults with your coach to review progress
