Andre Frade who works in an investment bank in London, 30, was no stranger to the gym. He trained regularly, put in the hours, and still couldn't get the lean, muscular physique he was hoping for.

Working long hours in London's finance world left him little time or energy to figure out where he was going wrong,  he just knew that hard work alone wasn't giving him the results he wanted.

"I wanted the magazine-cover body," Andre said. "But I felt stuck. I thought there must be a secret I didn't know."

What changed everything was a smarter approach: superset training to make every minute in the gym count, full-body sessions instead of the traditional body-part split, and a nutrition plan built around foods he actually liked eating. Four months later, Andre had the visible muscle, the leaner waist, and  just as importantly the consistency and confidence to keep it.

What made you want to start training with Enaz Fitness?

I'd been training on and off for years but never got the body I was picturing. I wanted the magazine-cover look: lean, some visible muscle, actually proud of how I looked. I felt like there had to be something I was missing, some secret nobody had told me.

What was your lifestyle like before you started?

Pretty demanding, honestly. I'm in investment banking in London, so the hours are long and unpredictable. I was still getting to the gym, but between work and everything else there wasn't much structure to what I was doing,  I was just going through the motions.

What changed once you started training with Adam?

We moved to full body superset training, pairing two exercises back-to-back with reduced rest times, usually opposing muscle groups like chest and back. It meant I was in and out of the gym so much quicker, but the results were better than anything I'd done before.

"I'm in and out of the gym quickly, but the results are better than ever."

On top of that, we switched from training one body part a day to full-body sessions, 4 times a week. It meant I was hitting each muscle group more often instead of hammering one area and then not touching it again for a week.

What about your eating -  did you have to follow a strict diet?

No, and that's what made it sustainable. I didn't cut out the foods I liked or follow some extreme plan.

"I eat everything. Just smaller portions."

Adam built a plan around a realistic calorie deficit that actually fit my lifestyle, rather than something I'd give up on after two weeks. It had portions clearly written in grams cooked/uncooked which made things a lot easier to follow.

How did your consistency change?

That was probably the biggest shift for me.

"I used to stop and start all the time. Now I'm consistent  and that discipline has carried over into my work."

How do you feel about your results now?

Genuinely proud of it, which isn't something I could say before. I've got visible muscle in my arms, chest, and abs now, and I'm stronger across the board. But it's more than how I look; I've got a routine I can actually stick to, and that consistency has spilled into other parts of my life too.

What would you say to someone who doesn't think they could get results like this?

I'd say it's less about finding hours you don't have and more about training smarter with the time you've got. I was already putting in effort before,  I just wasn't training or eating the right way. Once that changed, so did everything else.

If you had to sum up your transformation in a sentence, what would you say?

Four months ago I didn't think this was possible for me. Now it's just who I am.
