The Program

 For:

  • Men - Gym goers with at least 1 years experience of weight training

  • Those who primarily want to gain muscle

  • Work with those trying to gain weight (bulking) as well as lose fat (cutting) whilst building muscle

How does online coaching work ?

 On starting the program, we will have a consultation to discuss your goals, and create the most suitable plan based on this

We will set your calories and protein goals based on what we are trying to achieve

I will put you on a 4/5 day personalised training program based on your specific goals and the equipment you have available in your gym/at home

We will prioritise the areas you want to grow the most (e.g. chest) on the customised program

We will also focus on strengthening any weak points (e.g. lower back issues)

Do you work with people worldwide?

Yes I work with people all over the world and remotely coach them to get results. I am able to see all your workouts , nutrition, steps and everything else through my app.

How often do I need to workout?

 This is a body transformation program, so I only take clients who can commit to at least 4 sessions a week

 Ideally aiming for 5x a week for a faster body transformation

How do the weekly check-ins work?

 You will have a check-in day (Sunday) where you will submit:

  • Check in review form

  • I will be able to view your workouts for the week to provide feedback on. I will be able to monitor you through my app.

  • You will then receive personalised feedback within 24 hours

  • You do not need to be present for this – it will be uploaded for you to view when you are ready

  • We do not do weekly video call reviews as I have clients worldwide in different timezones

Will I be working with you directly?

 Yes, I want to be involved from start to finish in your body transformation and personally accountable for your progress

 I want you to get the results as much as you do !

Pricing

The program is £175 a month, and you can get started by leaving a deposit here to pay for your first month of coaching:

I will then contact you to arrange a consultation and get you started on the plan!

Please note: a 3 month commitment is required to allow some time to see results.

What is included?

 A 45minute assessment at the start (lifestyle/diet/goals/concerns)

 7 days a week chat support via an app

 Personalised training plan

 Personalised calorie/protein goals with a 3 day template provided to follow for rough guidance

 Nutrition coaching throughout

 Review of your form via receiving “form check” videos when you do exercise

 You are also able to book in a F2F PT session (£60) if required and can visit my studio in South London
